Game Changer box office collection Day 4: Ram Charan starrer chases Rs 100 crore mark as collections fall below Rs 10 crore on first Monday

Game Changer box office collection Day 4: Ram Charan starrer chases Rs 100 crore mark as collections fall below Rs 10 crore on first Monday
This comes as a sharp decline from the Game Changer opening day collection of Rs 51 crore. The film's figures fell to an estimated Rs 21.6 crore on Saturday and saw a farther dip on
Sunday, recording just around Rs 15.9 crore at the domestic box office.
While the film's Telugu dubbing has been leading the charge at the box office, the Hindi dubbed interpretation also seems to be working well. Unlike the Telugu dubbing which saw a massive drop from Rs 41.25 crore to Rs 12.5 crore and Rs 6.65 crore over the weekend, the Hindi interpretation of the film has been maintaining a harmonious graph, earning around Rs 7- 8 crore. Ram Charan movie collections in Hindi stands at an estimated Rs 22.9 crore.
While the Telugu and Hindi performances continue to dominate, contributing the bulk of the earnings, the performance of the Tamil and Kannada performances remains underwhelming.
The film’s incapability to sustain instigation post its strong opening day is a cause for concern. With a star- speckled cast and high product values, prospects were sky-high for Game Changer. Still, the declining trend over the weekend indicates mixed word- of- mouth and average event. The indigenous performance also suggests limited appeal beyond core Telugu- speaking requests.
The underwhelming weekend performance raises questions about whether Game Changer can reach the Rs 200 crore mark domestically, let alone cement itself as apan-India blockbuster.
Over the weekend, the makers of Game Changer, came under fire for allegedly inflating the film’s Day 1 box office collections. The Ram Charan and Kiara Advani starrer hit the top trends on social media with suckers celebrating the film's release. Beforehand box office reports indicated that the film earned an estimated Rs 80.1 crore worldwide on its opening day. Still, the movie’s functionary social media runner claimed a stunning Rs 186 crore in global earnings, sparking Game Changer film review.
